ACC Week Four Preview
Florida State (3-0, 1-0 ACC) hosts Clemson (3-0, 0-0 ACC) in a battle of top ten teams. In addition to their Atlantic Division foe, the Noles also welcome College GameDay to Tallahassee for the eighth time. The game marks Clemson’s first top ten matchup in 12 years.
Miami (2-1, 1-0 ACC) travels to Georgia Tech (2-1, 1-1 ACC) as the Hurricane try to stay atop the Coastal Division. The Yellow Jackets rank third in the nation in rushing offense, averaging 374 yards per game on the ground.
Two ACC programs head to Big 12 country, as Maryland (2-1, 0-0 ACC) travels to West Virginia and Virginia (2-1, 0-1 ACC) takes on TCU.
Virginia Tech (2-1, 1-0 ACC) welcomes Bowling Green to Lane Stadium. The Hokies fell to Pittsburgh, 35-17, last week, snapping a school-record 13-game winning streak on the road.
A battle of the Carolinas pits North Carolina (1-2, 0-1 ACC) and East Carolina in Chapel Hill. The Tar Heels are trying to turn around a two-game skid that saw losses at Wake Forest and Louisville.
In other ACC action, Wake Forest (2-1, 1-1 ACC) hosts Army, Duke (2-1, 0-0 ACC) welcomes Memphis to Durham and NC State (2-1, 0-0 ACC) takes on The Citadel for the first time since 1983.
