Week 13 Russell Athletic Bowl Projections

In the last projections before the final rankings are released, the media has narrowed it down to just two ACC and two Big 12 teams.

Here are your week five projections for the 26th Russell Athletic Bowl.

Jerry Palm (CBSSports.com):  North Carolina vs. Oklahoma State

Jason Kirk (SBNation): North Carolina vs. Oklahoma State

Mark Schlabach (ESPN):  North Carolina vs. Oklahoma State

Brett McMurphy (ESPN): North Carolina vs. Oklahoma State

Bill Bender (Sporting News): North Carolina vs. Oklahoma State

College Sports Madness: North Carolina vs. TCU              

Bryan Fischer (Bleacher Report): North Carolina vs. Oklahoma State

Pete Fiutak (Campus Insiders): Florida State vs. TCU

Like last week, North Carolina is the consensus pick by the media to play in the Russell Athletic Bowl. The Tar Heels would be making their second appearance in the Russell Athletic Bowl but the first in Orlando.

The other ACC projection, Florida State, would be making its fourth appearance in the Russell Athletic Bowl and the first since 2011.

Both TCU and Oklahoma State would be making their Russell Athletic Bowl appearances.
