North Carolina and Baylor Arrive in Orlando

With just five days until the 26th annual Russell Athletic Bowl, both teams have arrived in Orlando in preparation for the top-20 matchup between North Carolina and Baylor next Tuesday.

Both the Tar Heels and the Bears are both making their first appearances in Orlando.

Both teams have a busy week ahead in Orlando from theme park trips to Best Buy shopping sprees, here’s a breakdown of the week ahead for UNC and Baylor:

Dec. 26: The Russell Athletic Bowl Day for Kids: Located in Kissimmee, the Give Kids the World village houses children, and their families, with life-threatening illnesses and gives the players and coaches time to spend time with the kids and play games, ride rides and compete in a dance-off.

Dec. 28: Russell Athletic Bowl Kickoff Luncheon: 24 hours before kickoff, both teams come together, sit with fans and hear insight from both head coaches. Live entertainment is provided by the Howl at the Moon piano team, with some special guest appearances by players from each team. Tickets are available here.

Dec. 28: Russell Athletic Bowl Pep Rally: Both head coaches talk to fans at I-Drive 360 in preparation for the game.

Dec. 29: The 26th annual Russell Athletic Bowl between 10th ranked UNC and #17th ranked Baylor kicks-off at 5:35 at the Orlando Citrus Bowl and tickets are still available here
